Centennial

In 1967, Canada turned 100—and the country sang in celebration. Thousands of songs were written to mark the centennial of Confederation, capturing the pride, hope, and spirit of a nation coming into its own. This room aims to catalogue and preserve those recordings, offering a rich musical snapshot of Canada’s most celebrated year.
