OFFICE was an art-rock, prog/punk outfit from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada circa 1980-83. Band members included Vincent Evans, Phil Young, Malcolm Swann and Jeff Sawatzky. Were quite popular in the music scene in Edmonton and Calgary playing many reknown gigs and even opening for Duran Duran in their heyday. The song 'Physical' (a tongue-in-cheek remake of Olivia Newton John's hit) actually made it onto the charts on Canadian college radio. Known for their bizarre stage shows and excellent musicianship OFFICE unfortunately disbanded in 1983 when Swann and Sawatzky left to form another popular Edmonton group called 'VOICE' with Dwayne Goettel of Skinny Puppy fame.

Malcolm Swann: vocals, electric harpsichord, guitar, string synthesizer
Jeff Sawatzky: bass guitar, synthesizer pedals, vocals
Vincent Evans: guitar, synthesizer, “vibro slide,” vocals
Phil Young: drums, congas, aural sex, vocals
