DIARY FOR THE LONELY HEARTS, Claudia Bouvette's sophomore album, is now available on all music services!
DIARY FOR THE LONELY HEARTS follow-ups her first album The Paradise Club, released on Bonsound in 2022. This latest album is a collaboration between Claudia Bouvette and singer-songwriter Soran, with whom she co-wrote the album. In the wake of rejection, heartbreak, abandonment and insecurity, the pair weave a benevolent response to these challenges in order to face the future with serenity.
Driven by the aesthetics of the early 2000s, Claudia Bouvette rekindles her early musical loves, delving into the creative spaces of No Doubt and Imogen Heap, without shying away from her electro and hip-hop influences. Throughout the 10 tracks that make up DIARY FOR THE LONELY HEARTS, the artist offers her unique outlook on the pitfalls of love, pitfalls which transform into opportunities to become the best version of oneself.
Claudia Bouvette draws on the confidence gained from the success of her debut album, The Paradise Club (2022), to rise above difficult situations.
Built from start to finish in collaboration with Soran, DIARY FOR THE LONELY HEARTS shines a light at the end of the darkest tunnels. In the wake of rejection, heartbreak, abandonment and insecurity, the friends compassionately map out a response to these challenges, in order to embrace the future with serenity.
Heartfelt and sincere, all the feelings from the diary are laid out on the meticulously crafted pop melodies. Yet, ironically, the complexity of the arrangements makes the album easy and pleasant to listen to, thanks to the magic operating between the two musicians in the studio.
Driven by the aesthetics of the early 2000s, Claudia Bouvette rekindles her early musical loves, delving into the creative spaces of No Doubt or Imogen Heap, not shying away from adding electro, funk or hip-hop accents.
The artist unveils her bright outlook on life, a fascinating vision of shackles as a series of opportunities to become a better version of oneself.
