Eric Baragar co-founded B&C Productions and B&C Records with John C. Collins.

Joseph R. Pariselli was a Canadian record company executive. He started as a salesman for Apex, then sales manager for Sparton Records, moving to Ampex as National Sales Manager in 1969. Also has credits as Executive Producer on Ampex Music Of Canada releases in the 1970s.)

John Dee Driscoll was a Canadian musician, record company executive and producer from Oshawa, Ontario (born February 1, 1940). Played in a local band in Oshawa with Bill Diel, who would later manage some acts on Skyline. Started in 1968 as a promotion rep for Quality Records Limited then moved to A&R Director at Modern Tape Cartridge Corporation Limited in 1969. Left MTCC to join Ampex Of Canada Ltd. as Promotion Manager in November 1970, where he assisted founding their publishing arm Skyline North in 1971. Founder and President of independent label Skyline Records in 1975. In late 1977 he returned to Quality Records as A&R Director, a position he held until its closure in 1985.
