This music was originally created with the sole intention of being heard as a transparent companion to the dialog, sound design and imagery of the feature film Ginger Snaps 2 - Unleashed. Separating the soundtrack from the film gives my work an unexpected parallel existence. Given the opportunity to prepare the mixed cues for the audio CD, I chose to ignore the chronological order of the movie and instead edit the material into a structure designed for a listening experience. Some tracks have been chopped up, some left as is, and others omitted entirely. A couple that didn't survive the final film mix were resurrected from the editing floor and found a surprise afterlife on this disc.
