Information/Write-up

This is a private recording by Flip Bedford which was entered into a song contest celebrating the British Columbia Centennial. Both tracks were composed by Flip Bedford and Shirley Field. It received radio play but it is not clear how the song placed in the contest. The recording was pressed by RCA Victor Co. Ltd - Smith Falls, Ontario.

Flip wrote songs, probably dreamed about selling them, but this 78 was the only one he produced. He died in 1975 and left reel-to-reel tapes that included some of his songs.
