Les Modern Pickles furent un des premiers groupes alternatifs du Québec au début des années 80. Originaires de la ville de Québec, ils enregistrèrent leur prenier disque en 1981. Pressé à 850 exemplaires, le disque fut produit à Montréal.

The Moderne Pickles were one of the first alternative outfits out of Quebec City. The 45 rpm was made in 1981, mastered in Montreal and 850 copies were released.
