On March 10, 1973 Pink Floyd released the album "Dark Side of the Moon", clocking in at 42 minutes and 50 seconds. It received little fanfare, was sold locally, and did poorly. Thirteen years later, in 1986, Stew Tarrant, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada released the highly anticipated "Dark Side of Saloon", which sold millions of copies worldwide and inspired an entire generation - and achieved it more concisely in under 18 minutes. Stew Tarrant's album contains 6 original compositions.
