Also later known as "Nobody", this fantastic Canadian garage group released this lone 45 under "The Scoundrelz". This Toronto based group was too well crafted in their time of wild fuzzed out screaming vocals and absolute killer drums riffs. Heart Break Hotel A-Side launches almost every type of smokin' garage track flavors with sizzling hot electric guitar riffs. Poor John B-Side is an haunting acid drenched garage track featuring electric sounding echoed vocals and over tweaked electric guitar chords.

A band that released one single, was destined for greater things, but broke up before they happened. This record reached #1 on the local Ottawa charts in late October 1966. The group recorded a second single, and werer going to be signed to Capitol records, but their keyboardist Buddy Stanton left to join another local band - the Townsmen, and that was the end of the Scoundrelz. But, their second single was released under the band name "Nobody", also on the Red Leaf label "To a Lovely Lady b/w Follow Me".
