​Elisabeth Heseltine was a member of the original cast of the 1957 satirical musical My Fur Lady, a production created and performed by McGill University students. In the musical, she portrayed a member of the Culturality Squad, alongside David Langstroth and Donald Harvie. The Culturality Squad was tasked with guiding Princess Aurora Borealis, the protagonist, in understanding Canadian culture. ​
