In and Out was a hard rock band hailing from Ottawa, Ontario, that made its mark in the early 1990s. Known for their raw energy, melodic hooks, and hard-hitting guitar-driven sound, the band built a strong following in the Canadian rock scene during their short but impactful career.

The band featured Steve Gardiner on vocals and guitar, Marc “Houston” Lalonde on keyboards and backing vocals, Steve Milley on guitars, Eric Bolay on bass, and Mike Séguin on drums. Their music blended classic hard rock riffs with emotive lyrics, capturing the spirit of the era with anthemic choruses and powerful instrumentals.
