first of three singles released by Lick 'N' Stick, which was formed in 1974 by Paul Vigna (born January 18, 1951 in Toronto, Ontario). Paul later became Paul James. He received two Toronto Music awards for Best Club Band & Best Blues Artist and he won the Juno Award for Best Roots and Traditional Music in 1992. He has played with Bob Dylan, Bo Diddly, Lightning Hopkins, Sunnyland Slim, Downchild Blues Band and Robert Gordon.
