Information/Write-up

Dear Friends,

Prompted by the response from our first two albums, we present to you our third one. This album contains some old-time favorites plus a few original tunes given to us by people whom we have met in the past few years. We would like to express our thanks to all who sent songs to us in the past and we hope you continue to do so in the future. Our purpose in recording these old-time favorites is to bring back memories of years ago and to keep our true Newfoundland heritage alive.

We hope that you will thoroughly enjoy our new album.

Dedication:
The song WE SEVENTEEN is dedicated to Mrs. Annie Grant (Lawn, Nfld.), who lost her husband in 1970 and was left alone to raise seventeen kids. As a personal friend of the family, I know for sure that Mrs. Grant did a great job in raising such a wonderful family. To a wonderful lady and a great mother, God bless you and your family.
