Cal Cavendish, 28, of Calgary, Alberta is a songwriter, singer and guitarist who has played and sung his own songs from Moose Mountain, Saskatchewan to Lost Dog, British Columbia. He is adding a new dimension to Folk and Country Music. His songs: Mountain Road, What I Wouldn’t Give, Did I Call You Again By Her Name? and She’ll Never Be Mine are Country Western, while Sarah, Don’t Talk About Love and The Rays of Love are ballads that touch the soul in a gentle way. The songs, Takin’ Out The Line, Tramp Miner and I Was Leavin’ Today are quite folksy and every song in this album is distinctively Cal Cavendish.
