This collection features the collected works of album cover art by Normand Hudon. So far, I have found 16 titles.
Born in Montreal in 1929, Normand Hudon studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Montreal and then at the Academy Montmartre in Paris (1949). In the French capital , he had fruitful meetings , including those of Picasso and Fernand Léger.
His works have been exhibited regularly from 1947 at the Salon du Printemps Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and then more frequently in Quebec , Canada and abroad.
Also recognized for his talents as a caricaturist , Hudon satirical drawings have long been published in several publications, including La Presse and Le Devoir. His irreverent humor has always influenced his works, which often portray familiar characters and neighborhoods of Montreal.
Normand Hudon died in January 1997
