These songs are a mixture of love, struggle and story songs, some about island characters, my family and California friends. There is a wide spectrum of styles. I'm so excited to share this cd with you!
We recorded amid the corona virus pandemic, Tom Bowler, Dave Roland and I. Tom is such an amazing musician playing many different instruments and styles. He's a fine engineer. His playing and harmonies lit up these songs. Magic! Dave Roland plays a cool bass. Greg Pauker did his wizardry with the mastering.
