About This Title

The overall goal on this musical journey was to bring people's attention back to the stars. In aboriginal culture and beliefs the Thunderbird flies between heaven and earth. It is our connection to the spirit world. Beyond the stars we discover galaxies and possibilities beyond our imagination.

This album also succeeded in putting traditional Native American cedar flute into an urban setting. Contrasting the ancient, haunting sound of the flute against the modern day synths and guitars leads to upbeat and interesting melodies and rhythms.
