Our friends on the sleeve of this album are tame beavers, who reside at the home of Ernest and Nancy Mickelburgh, Beaver Lake Refuge, Hampton, New Brunswick. The many years this couple have spent making friends of these gentle animals, Canada's national symbol, have been well rewarded, in that the beavers now breed and have a small colony of their own, quite unafraid of man.
