Information/Write-up

The name of the band is DIAMONDBACK (formerly Mudlark). The music is a solid combination of rock, R&B, a touch of country with a backbone of blues. Diamondback recorded an album for Atlantic Records, but Atlantic only released two singles before scrapping the full LP. Pacemaker Entertainment salvaged the record and issued it in 2008. Scott Cushnie died in August, 2018 and was buried by the wrong family in a bizarre case of mistaken identity.

Mike McKenna (Luke & The Apostles, The Ugly Ducklings, Mainline): guitar, vocals
Peter McGraw: vocals, percussion
Scott Cushnie (Doug Riley, Ronnie Hawkins, King Biscuit Boy, Aerosmith, The Suedes with Robbie Robertson, The Townsmen, The Tundra, Jerry Warren & The Tremblers, The Rockin' Deltoids, The Canadian Aces.): keyboards, vocals
Howie Smith (The Ugly Ducklings): bass, vocals
Rick Love: drums, vocals
Peter McGraw: vocals, percussion

Additional musicians:
Jack Zaza: saxophone
Donnie Walsh: blues harp
Danny McBride: guitars
Mickey McCallum: congas
Stan Endersby: rhythm guitar; backing vocals on 'This Old Train'
