About This Title

Cabaret singer from Trois-Rivières, Carole Robert produced her only 45 rpm on the Découvertes label in 1966, accompanied by the fanciful duo "Les Improvistes". In 1964, she worked for several months as an animator at the Hôtel Ottawa in Saint-Hyacinthe. She formed a duo with her friend Gilles Bourque and together they proposed to improve the formula of "cocktail lounges" by making them more welcoming. His career continued at least until the early seventies.
