When the Square album was released in 2002, the plan was for a revamped version of "Phil" to be released as a single, as evidenced by the music video that was shot for the song. However, an issue arose and the order for the 7" singles was never placed after the test pressings were made. The b-side - "Country Cooking" is perhaps better known to some as "Food". It's possible there's another one or two copies out there in the world but only one is known to exist. Definitely the rarest of all Buck 65 items.
