Fall of Romance

Following Imaginary Cities' 2011 album Temporary Resident, the band had a successful run that included a Polaris Music Prize nomination, tours with the Pixies, and a West Coast Music Awards win. Now, the Winnipeg pop-rock band are back with their sophomore LP, Fall of Romance, due out May 28 through Hidden Pony Records/Votiv Music. These 12 tracks were recorded at Winnipeg's Private Ear Studio and Vancouver's Menagerie Studio. Additional sessions took place at the band's practice space, an apartment in Germany, and a campground in Ontario. It was co-produced by the band's own Rusty Matyas and Vancouver studio whiz Howard Redekopp (Tegan & Sara, Mother Mother, Said the Whale).
