Album / Title
By: Keys
Origin: Victoria, British Columbia
The Keys were known to be one of the hardest hitting power pop/punk bands in Victoria during that time, playing grueling live shows at the infamous O.A.P. Hall, The Leonardo DaVinci Centre and the old Army Navy Air Force Club on Wharf Street. James Ross later formed Low Fun with Geoff Botting and was briefly a member of the fledgling London punk band The Droogs sometime around 1979.
During this time, James was in the Canadian film "Ups & Downs" (aka Prep School) playing bass guitar. The film's title song won a Canadian Genie Award for music.
