André Thériault is an artist in every sense of the word. A true patriot, he is a humble and hard-working performer. La même histoire, André's only recording, is an honest album that was released privately in 1995. After recording this album, André wrote and performed theatre in bars and cabarets. Since 1998, Mr. Thériault has been playing regularly in Québec, New Brunswick, and Ontario, performing the music of Félix Leclerc, a Québec icon. Mr. Thériault began this performance by chance. "After I released my first album, I began interpreting the songs of Félix Leclerc during my concerts. In 1998, I was asked to pay homage to honor the 10th anniversary of his death. It is at this point in time that I decided to continue in this way."
Like Félix, André is very humorous and interactive during his live performances and he resonates with the audience. Perhaps André will take some time to record another great album.
