Zipper were little known due to being a rural group, living outside of the city they performed within. They issued two 45's, this here is the best. "Slowtown Rats" is a new wave rocker with a really cool jerky-rhythm; the lyrics are basically about being freaks on the periphery of small town society/mentality. 500 copies (or less) pressed. For fans of little known '80s Canadiana pearls.
