Album / Title
By: Frank Willis A.
Origin: Dover, Newfoundland
A. Frank Willis does a one-man show from St. John's to Fort MacMurray and beyond and has been for a long long time. This 2004 release picks up where his Newfoundland country albums of the past left off. The title track 'Great Big Moose (in the middle of the road)' is a dead giveaway to the brand of Newfoundland humour that has been passed down musically through the years. This album is no-one man show though with great country picking from Dave Fitzpatrick (Fables) and Steve Petrie as well as a couple of co-writes with Bob Porter. A. Frank is a classic Newfoundland performer.
