Unlike any of their Vancouver contemporaries, Wasted Lives’ music had an urgency about it — a vigorous hardcore edge meeting the progressive quirks of post-punk. The result was angular, poetic, wild and perfectly short lived. Featuring an all-star debut of musicians who made their mark in the Vancouver scene: Mary Armstrong (Modernettes), Colin Griffiths (U-J3RK5), Andy Graffiti (DOA, Private School, Modernettes, AKA, I Braineater), and mighty frontman Phil Smith (Corsage). Their full studio recordings skillfully remastered by local punk icon Ron Obvious.
