About This Title

A screaming garage-punk outfit who played in Montreal, Quebec, between 1967-68. The 'A' side of the first 45 can also be heard on Nightmares From The Underworld, Vol. 1 and you can also check out Shake Me, Wake Me on Vol. 2 of the same series. Lost Soul In Disillusion was one of Montreal's best screaming garage-punk discs and Shake Me, Wake Me is almost as good and came with a good guitar riff.
-Dreams, Fantasies, Nightmares

"Lost Soul In Disillusion" was one of Montreal's best screaming garage-punk 45s with discordant organ and strange vocals building up to that menacing break. "Back To Me" in contrast has a very English uptempo pop/psych feel with fairground organ and is oh, so catchy.
