Liner notes
This Easterner was born in 1930 in Joggins, Nova Scotia, overlooking the Bay of Fundy. The son of a coal miner, he worked the mines. After losing a relative in the big mine disaster, he wrote and now sings “The Spring Hill Mine Disaster”.

Eddie started singing at the age of 14, and has been featured on many big shows including the Main St. Jamboree of the CHCH-TV series, and on CKSO, Channel 5 in Sudbury, Ontario.

This boy from down east writes and composes his own material which includes over 80 songs to his credit, and he proudly displays his fine talent by presenting four of his originals on this, his first ARC album.
