Information/Write-up
Albert Jones, born in Gary, Indiana, began his romance with music at the age of eight and excelled in the performing arts. By the eleventh grade, he had been awarded a scholarship to the Enterlochen Arts Academy of Music.
Albert comes from an environment that has produced such stars as Stevie Wonder, Tyrone Davis, and the Jackson Five. His parents, Jimmy and Vivian Jones, are performers in their own right. They have provided tremendous inspiration for Albert and his five brothers and sisters, developing a wide variety of entertainers and close musical ties in the family.
Upon hearing Albert Jones perform at the age of sixteen, famed producer and bandleader Choker Campbell launched his professional career. Albert's smooth yet dynamic voice continues to amaze music lovers wherever he performs. This first album for Choker, The Facts of Life, speaks of Albert's inner self, his personal message for life.
Albert discovered the three young ladies, known as Empress, who provide the backup vocals for the album. They’ve become an integral part of his performance, setting a magical mood, complementing a powerful performer.
In the years to come, the unique talent of this star will blaze a trail across the horizon of the entertainment world. This is the talent of Albert Jones.
