200 pressed with lyric sheet and hand-painted labels. First 100 copies have the "Skeleton" sleeve, but 50 were lost on a bus. Second 100 copies have the "Sterling Death" sleeve. Reissued by Bacchus Archives (BA 1176) in 2002 with "Skeleton" sleeve - 1000 pressed.
