Released in 1978 this was Cockburnâs ninth album and contains the timeless tracks âMontreal Songâ and âLaughterâ.
November 19, 2002 â From Rounder Records: âFurther Adventures Ofâ contains some of the most beautifully intricate acoustic guitar work and lyrical mysticism Bruce Cockburn has ever put on record. Originally released in 1978 and now re-mastered for this deluxe reissue, âFurther Adventures Ofâ features standouts such as âOutside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hands,â âRed Ships Take Off in the Distance,â and âFeast of Fools.â An instrumental bonus track originally recorded for the record, âMountain Call,â is also included. âFurther Adventures Ofâ continues the spirited acoustic jazz of Cockburnâs previous recording and finds him in full, exploratory flight. Produced by Eugene Martynec.
