Information/Write-up
This Canadian melodic pop rock partnership comprised vocalist Andy Michaels and guitarist Sil Simone. Formed in 1987, they made their debut with Thrill Of The Chase, which utilized session help from bass player Pete Cardinali and drummer Greg Loates. Produced by Triumph’s Rik Emmett it was an impressive debut of lightweight but infectious AOR, tailor-made for Stateside FM radio playlists. However, partly owing to poor promotion, the album never took off and was never heard of again until re-issued by Long Island Records out of Germany in 1995 and later by Time Warp Records out of Italy.
