Biography:
Gleneagle was the 1980s era Rock band that rocked all of Ottawa's High Schools and various venues, most notably, The Talisman. They were practically a fixture and entertained young Ottawans with long lasting memories. They were most known for their 1981 Hit Single - Don't Fool Yourself - lyrics by Curtis Black. Gleneagle was named after a small Ottawa town chosen at random by band leader and founder, Rick (Richard) Paquette. They were undisputed crowd-pleasers and a magnetic draw for concerts of their heyday. They covered all Ontario, and Northern border states.
