Biography
Cécile Frenette, hailing from Montreal, Québec, began her career singing with the Ottawa band The Cooper Brothers in the 1970's. She contributed vocals to two tracks on the soundtrack of 'Outrageous': 'Soon it Will be Christmas' and 'Step Out'. Her self-titled album was released in 1982 under Canadian Talent Library/RCA.
