US singing duo formed by sisters Helen Duncan and Phyllis Duncan after meeting Ian Guenther and Pete Pedersen of Canadian production outfit Three Hats Productions in 1974 in their hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. The act folded in the early 1980s.
