Canadian band originally from Brantford/London, ON but called Toronto-based by RPM magazine. The band started in the late ‘60s as The Blues Syndicate and became The Canadian Conspiracy at the start of the ‘70s. Their first single, “Change of Life” b/w “Love is Where You Find It” was recorded at the Toronto Sound Studio and was produced by Kenny Marco (Motherlode, Dr. Music, etc.) and supervised by studio owners Terry Brown and Doug Riley. A full length LP was recorded in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia by a later version of the band. Several members would go on to sign with Capitol Records as Conspiracy.
