Moral Decay

Moral Decay comprised four astonishingly talented teens from Victoria, BC. A highly revered underground grail of Canadian thrash metal, "To Build An End" captures the end-of-the-eighties West Coast sound at a sophisticated pinnacle.

With complex harmonies, strong vocals and mature lyrics, their sole release from 1989 features songwriter Dave Wenger, later of influential 1990s groups Breakwater and Daddy’s Hands. Remastered from the original recordings by Brad Boatright.
