Pre-Show rituals: Tough question. I usually try not to let anyone see me before I hit the stage. I always loved it when I went to a concert and the house lights go down and BOOM the band hits the first note and the stage lights come on. The element of surprise here we are. I also try to slow my breathing and heart rate down.
