Born in the countryside sixteen weeks before the 80s, raised by his parents, educated by books, Génies en herbe and some teachers, Francis went camping, boomerang throwing. sking, biking and mowed the lawn. Oothèque is the first solo project of Francis Mineau and the self-titled album is the culmination of the artistic process.
